The third book in particular made me the most mad and I almost stopped reading. For me, the first book was the best and they just slowly got worse as I kept reading. These books were extremely easy reads though and I finished all 3 books in two days. My 20-something self however found the love triangle a little cliche and the whole plot series pretty predictable. While I can’t say this was my favorite trilogy of all time, I do think my younger middle-school self would have loved these books. I read this trilogy after the Amazon series dropped because I wanted to know how everything would turn out in the very end.
